1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern sales concluded on the Clean Leader website, official UNGER distributor.

2. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros. The price excluding VAT (HT) is for professionals; VAT (21% in Belgium, destination country rate in the EU) is added at the time of payment. Professional customers with a valid intra-community VAT number can benefit from self-assessment.

3. Order

Any order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. A confirmation email is sent after validation.

4. Payment

Payment is made online using the methods offered during checkout. The order is processed after receipt of payment.

5. Delivery

Delivery in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Estimated delivery times 24–48 hours for items in stock. Free delivery from €290 excl. VAT.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European law, consumers have 14 days to withdraw (see our returns policy). This right does not apply to professionals or unsealed/personalized products.

7. Warranties

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the UNGER manufacturer's warranty.

8. Applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of [judicial district].
