Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.

Conditions

Products must be returned new, unused, in their original, complete packaging. Certain items (unsealed for hygiene reasons, custom-made products) are not eligible.

Procedure

Contact us at info@cleanleader.be, indicating your order number. We will provide you with instructions for the return.

Refund

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned item, using the same payment method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

Defective products

In the event of a damaged or non-compliant product, please contact us: we will arrange for an exchange or refund at our expense.
